To Highland Acres Hunters and Fisherman:
All paid in full hunters will receive the new gate lock numbers in our next letter before the dove and early teal season. It is only a little over a month before the 1st season starts. No trap shooting after August 15th.
All members who still owe a balance must be paid in full by August 15th to receive the new gate combination.
All 08 members who have not paid 09 will have their names removed from the mailing list after this letter. If you decide to join, call for approval and your name will be put back on if approved.
Fishing club members will receive the new gate combination when it is changed. Fishing will not be permitted until after 12PM after September 1st when hunting is permitted until noon each day.
Everyone with membership in good standing both hunting and fishing is invited to the annual party August 9th.
Invitation is enclosed in the mailer.
