Hunting and Fishing Club Newsletter - July 2008

For all 2007-2008 members who have not renewed:

Some have sent word they were not going to renew, some have returned the letters unsigned and several have said they wanted to renew, but have not acted on this yet. 

For those who are not renewing we want to thank you for your past patronage and wish you luck where you will be hunting.

For those who are still interested it is less than 60 days until the season starts.  Contact us about payments and etc. 

We know times are hard and gas prices are high, but we are trying to make it as easy for you as we can.  We will have 4 club blinds with decoys so you can drive an economy vehicle and use our decoys, or you can leave your decoy trailer here and we will pull your trailer to the blind and help you retrieve your decoys.  Also, you can stay in the lodge free as several of you have done in the past.

Several have made the comment they were not going to pay, but would go as guests.  We can not permit this as that would make them daily hunters which are not permitted and also is not fair to our paying members.  No ex-members may go as a guest.
 
We are looking forward to a great dove, duck, and goose season.  Please contact us any time at 970-221-1362. 

Membership Information for 2008 - 2009 Season

For the 2008 - 2009 season we will offer a week day water fowl hunting membership that does not include any of the normal membership privileges.  The cost for this membership will be $475.00.  The 2008 - 2009 member enrollment form has been posted on the site and may be found under Forms.

Please note:
Membership runs from the time payment is made in full to the following March 1st.
